8 On Your Side – Health and Fitness Expo
During the month of February 2011, the Tampa Bay area was full of all sorts of Gasparilla festivities. Tens of thousands attended the monthly events including the Orthodontic Specialists of Florida’s street team. The OSOF team participated in the 8 On Your Side – Health and Fitness Expo at the Tampa Convention Center on Friday, February 25th and Saturday, February 26th.
The weekend Health and Fitness Expo was open to the general public and kicked off the Gasparilla Distance Classic Marathon Race with all day registrations at the Expo. Weekend exhibitors at the Health Expo offered the latest in running shoes and apparel, as well as information on how to take excellent care of your and your children’s health.
The OSOF Team educated the community on the benefits of proper oral care and advancements in the orthodontic industry that Orthodontic Specialists of Florida has to offer. Marathon runners from all over Florida were enthusiastic to learn about orthodontic treatment and pleasantly surprised that there was an office in their neighborhood. The Orthodontic Specialists of Florida has more than 30 offices throughout the state.
